Preside over church business meetings following parliamentary procedures, Visit with sick and shut-in or communicate with phone calls, Lead Bible Studies and Sunday School or make assignments as needed, Be involved in the Middle District Baptist Association ministry and training opportunities, Communicate Middle District Training opportunities and encourage officers and members to attend regularly, Provide visionary Leadership to help grow the church, Licensed and ordained as a Baptist minister to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ, Have earned at least an Associate or Bachelor's degree, Have at least three years of successful experience as a pastor or experience as an associate pastor, Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, Ability and willingness to utilize technology to do virtual ministry when necessary.
